1、 Individual epidemic prevention and control

(1). Wear a mask. Masks should be taken with you when you go out. Masks should be worn in close contact with people, in public places, in crowded or closed places, in public transportation, in hospitals and other special places.

(2). Wash your hands frequently. Wash hands or disinfect with quick hand disinfectant in time after contacting public goods, defecating before meals or going to public places. Reduce the use of hands to touch the mouth, eyes, nose and other susceptible parts.

(3). Keep social distance. When communicating with people or queuing to enter crowded places, it is necessary to maintain a one meter social distance, not to pile up, not to crowd, and to line up civilly.

(4). Pay attention to public health. Do not spit, cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with paper towel or elbow, cover your nose or sputum with paper towel, and discard it in a covered dustbin.

(5). Healthy life. Strengthen exercise, regular rest, healthy diet, maintain a healthy attitude. If you feel unwell, see a doctor in time.

2、 Family epidemic prevention and control

(1). Always ventilate. Open the window for ventilation more than twice a day, and each ventilation time shall not be less than 30 minutes to keep the indoor air fresh. Cold season ventilation should pay attention to keep warm, do not blow directly to the window, to avoid cold.

(2). Daily cleaning. Keep the family clean and sanitary, clean the garbage in time, clean and disinfect the surface of tabletop, floor and toilet every day.

(3). Eat cooked food. Wash hands in time after contacting raw meat, poultry, aquatic products and other fresh food materials, especially imported frozen food; process and store raw and cooked food separately to avoid cross contamination; cook the food thoroughly and try not to eat seafood and meat raw.

3、 Epidemic prevention and control in office

(1). Strictly check in. A monitoring post is set up at the entrance of the office building to remind people to wear masks, measure their body temperature and check the health pass code of foreign personnel.

4、 Epidemic prevention and control in service window units

(1). Working system. Establish a prevention and control working group, formulate emergency plans, do a good job in information collection, establish a reporting system, and assign special personnel to be fully responsible for epidemic prevention and control.

(2). Health management. Strengthen the health monitoring and access management of service window units such as supermarkets, hotels, cinemas, exhibition halls and wholesale farmers, and strictly implement the health code verification and body temperature detection. Guide the public to wear masks scientifically, guide passenger flow in time, and prevent gathering. Optimize payment methods, minimize cash settlement, reduce the risk of virus transmission.

(3). Environmental hygiene. Improve the daily health management system of business places, comprehensively implement the daily preventive measures, improve the public toilets, garbage collection, water supply and drainage, hand washing and other health facilities and equipment, strengthen the environmental health management and cleaning and disinfection of public areas, public object surfaces, key areas and sales areas, timely remove the accumulated garbage and remove the health dead corner.

(4). Disinfect and kill. We should take scientific and standardized disinfection measures, rationally use disinfectants, increase the frequency of disinfection on the surface of environmental objects, strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of high-frequency door handles and elevator buttons, and timely collect and harmless treat garbage, feces and sewage.

(5). Emergency response. Isolation room should be set up. If fever exceeds 37.3 ℃ and accompanied by cough and other respiratory symptoms are found, they should be isolated in time and handled according to the emergency plan disposal process to ensure that the risk is controlled to the minimum.
