At the negotiation meeting, Wang Deliang, General Manager of CSCEC Overseas Company, introduced the basic situation of CSCEC. The company is headquartered in Fengtai District, Beijing, and has seven regional companies in North China, Shandong, East China, South China, Central China, Southwest, and Northwest China. It also has equipment operation departments, technical testing companies, and overseas companies responsible for overseas business. Wang Deliang said that CSCEC has undertaken a number of construction projects in Burundi, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and other countries, covering stadiums, bridges, roads and other fields. The amount of funds for the above projects is estimated to be US $2 billion.

Li Xin stated that based on the current cooperation in bulk commodity centralized procurement, export trade, and other related businesses, the company will, in accordance with the strategic cooperation agreement, focus on the industry advantages of both parties through the "barter" and "barter" methods, utilize the downstream industry chain of the company, and carry out comprehensive, deep level, and wide-ranging cooperation with overseas companies of China Construction Civil Engineering Corporation around steel trade, raw material import, agricultural product processing, and other sectors.

By conducting relevant business through the methods of "barter" and "barter items", it will effectively solve the problems of China Construction Civil Engineering Company's large overseas project capital occupation and narrow local product sales, stimulate new momentum for project expansion, achieve new breakthroughs in the company's business model, and fill the gap in the cooperation fields between the two companies.
